• Check out is before 11:00 am or an additional nightly rate will apply.
• Normal business hours, Mon thru Fri 8:00am – 11:00am and 4:00pm – 6:00pm (Before or after
hours drop offs and pick-ups available by appointment only except Sundays, additional fees will

• Saturday hours are, 9:00am - 11:00am and 4:00pm - 6:00pm
• Closed Sundays as it is our day of rest: basic care only. •
• We reserve from 11:00am - 4:00pm as quiet time and playtime with our canine guests and for the
• occasional errand. There are no exceptions to these hours as it takes away time from our guests
• playtime.
• Check-in, Check-out, Temperament Test or viewing of our resort is within normal business hours.
• Additional fees will apply for Check-in, Check-out prior to opening or after closing hours.
